Business Analyst/Project Delivery Manager

On behalf of my client, a leading private bank in Zurich, Switzerland, I am urgently searching for a Business Analyst/Project Delivery Manager.
As a Business Analyst, you must offer expertise in the following areas:
Will be the primary interface between IT and senior Business stakeholders
Needs good knowledge of trading and financial instruments, including front to back processing, OTCs, Lombard Lending and Collateral
Will be working with a 3rd party system in a small team with developers in Zurich and an offshore dev/test team in Poland
Application is being rolled out globally (Zurich, EMEA, US and APAC)
The Business Analyst responsibilities and deliverables will include:
Capture business requirements in the form of User Stories
Demonstrate Project Management experience in order to push forward this project which is under time pressure to deliver an integrated solution
Help prioritise the Book of Work with Business stakeholders
Ensure that specified requirements are transmitted entirely and correctly to the development and test team members by writing clear specifications
Manage dependencies around the delivery of the solutions
Support developers and testers by resolving business issues that come up during the technical implementation
Supports the test team in testing activities, when necessary
Provide clear project status communication to all stakeholders
Deliver new interfaces with different systems including a Mainframe team
The key skills that a Business Analyst must offer are:
Previous experience of delivering IT projects within a banking firm, ideally as Project Manager/BA
6 or more years of experience in requirements engineering in application development projects
Experience in banking or finance including Lending, Collateral and OTC products
Fluent written and spoken English
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Soft skills to handle stakeholders with different background (Business Project Managers, User Representatives, Programmers, Offshore resources, Testers, Vendors etc.)
Advantageous skills
Experience in international projects with remote teams
Knowledge of Lombard Loans
Prior experience of JIRA
Agile project delivery
A knowledge of .NET IT projects would be helpful
