ROLE: Business Analyst

OVERVIEW:

Our client, a major UK retail bank, requires the services of a Business Analyst, who has experience within retail banking. You will have previous products/loans experience, whilst working as a Business Analyst.

CORE DUTIES OF THE ROLE:

- Business analyst to work in the Design team to create & assure the detailed business design for the core Loans Day 1 delivery.
- Maintenance of Business requirements catalogue, including full requirements traceability
- Definition of Customer-facing and operational scenarios to support Product Transition
- Analysis and resolution of Loans related design issues
- Provide design quality assurance to core delivery and workstreams managing Dependencies & Testing
- Maintenance of current and target operating models, through transition states

CORE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Must have experience of Retail Banking, (Loans preferable)
- Strong Business analysis and design skills
- Problem solving
- Cross-functional working
- Good stakeholder Management
- Excellent Communication skills
- Understanding of testing strategies
