BUSINESS ANALYST/PRODUCT OWNER, FIXED INCOME SME IN ASSET MANAGEMENT - ZURICH
My client is looking for a genuine expert within the Fixed Income space (10yrs+). As a hands-on Business Analyst/Product Owner, you will be partnering with IT teams to build world class software for the Global Fixed Income team - Portfolio Managers and Traders being supported are located in Chicago, Hong Kong, London, Singapore, Sydney and Zurich.
The Fixed Income area are embarking on several large change initiatives, designed to boost the user experiences with the Fixed Income technology platform and as the Business Analyst/Product Owner/Subject matter expert for one or more work streams, working closely with the Fixed Income business and IT delivery teams to deliver best in class enterprise solutions.
FIXED INCOME ASSET MANAGEMENT BUSINESS ANALYST/PRODUCT OWNER
DESIRED PROFILE
- Strong Fixed Income business/data acumen and analytical capabilities
- Credible in front of portfolio managers, and comfortable liaising directly with them
- Proven leadership ability, ability to collaborate and influence peers, proven organizational skills
- Coaching/Mentoring - sharing knowledge in an open manner to make those around them better
- Ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity
- Collaboration - developing trust and positive relationships
- Analytical and questioning mind. Be able to challenge the status quo on a large scale and suggest viable alternative approaches.
- Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of the software business, ability to understand market needs and translate into requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Significant Fixed Income knowledge and experience within Asset Management
- Experience with Fixed Income applications and/or trade order management systems
- Considered a SME in one or more of the following: Portfolio Management, Trading, Fixed Income Analytics/Data, Risk, Credit Research
- Flexible and comfortable with uncertainty in requirements etc. in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
