Business Analyst Product Owner Callcenter

For our client in the Randstad Area we are looking for a Business Analyst/Product owner who has experience with selecting and implementing a callcenter system for several countries.

Our client has callcenters spread through 20 countries, all with different systems/suppliers. Our client wants to integrate this to one system with one supplier and it will be your job to gather all the requirements and to select and implement the best system for all these 20 countries.

JOB DEMANDS BUSINESS ANALYST PRODUCT OWNER:

- 3+ year experience in Product Owner roles
- Experience with working with (external) suppliers
- Experience with callcenter/helpdesk projects
- Define and understand use cases
- Detailed product requirements definition/user story creation
- Gather and refine business requirements; able to obtain agreement and
- drive decisions to hit deadlines
- Must be able to understand complex systems; ability to translate business requirements to simple and comprehensible language

OTHER USEFUL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Site Analytics and use of data to derive product insights and improvements
- User research and testing
- International experience - working with multiple countries simultaneously
- Business case creation and validation
