Business Analyst - Procurement SAP
Tasks required of the Business Analyst
- The person will have to prepare RFIs to send out to different vendors who will be asked to build the system.
- Functional and IT expert in selection of a global contract management system integrated with clients SAP solution.
- Define business requirements and selection criteria's with a team of clients functional and IT personal
- Participation in RFP process as functional/IT expert
- Work together with IT architecture in product selection
- Optional: Participating in other ongoing IT procurement projects (Document Management, Process documentation, SRM evaluation)
Skills required of the Business Analyst
- Extensive experience in MM/Procurement process, SAP, Contract Management systems, Operational procurement process and systems
- Punctual and result oriented
- Comfortable in working in a multi-cultural, multi-language environmen
- Good command of English both verbal and in writing, other European languages are an asset
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independent
Knowledge required of the Business Analyst
- Excellent knowledge of IT products and services
- Experience in working with SAP systems
About the role of Business Analyst
My client is based in Brussels they are looking for a profile similar to the one listed above. The initial contract will run for 2-3 months. Some travel is required
