Business Analyst (Procurement)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Be a liaison between the project team, key business areas and service providers to ensure that Source-to-Pay system is implemented correctly and effectively
- Analyse and optimise procurement and sourcing processes
- Support business areas, organise workshops and provide technical expertise for the sourcing and procurement team
- Coordinate the development and implementation of project deliverable
- Coach technical and non-technical staff on effective use of the Bank's Source-to-Pay system
- Provide training and first and second level user support

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- University degree in a relevant discipline
- A minimum of five years working experience as a business analyst in a procurement environment
- Practical experience of relevant business applications (Source-to-Pay systems)
- Knowledge of business process modelling techniques
- Experience in developing and executing test plans
- Problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Flexible, service oriented and able to perform well under pressure
- Strong communication skills, effective both in a team environment and independently
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
