As an Architect your duties will include the following:

-Create logical, physical and detailed service designs of service management services alligned with the procedure interface manuals.
-Design services to be built up and implemented in to the existing environment managed for the client
-Onboard new countries, server rooms through the next year.
-Write technical solutions in English.
-ITIL process knowledge advantage.
-Scope of multiple platforms support, various Middleware, cloud and infrastructure based mainly on the Microsoft tooling (SCCM, SCOM, etc)
-Potential travel required

BRINE SA is currently seeking Business Analysts to join our team for a 3-6 month assignment in Zurich. The project involves the analysis of business and contractual requirements needed to define and implement a measurement document. The measurement document will be used as a specification/Road map used by software developers to create the reporting needed by management at Group Level. Can be seen as analysis of SLA`s used to measure & justify services, deliverables.

Strong Business Analysis skills (5-10 years) Gathering Requirements, documenting processes etc Functional specification and application design preparation Writing Specifications/User documentation, manuals, user guides Ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) for information technology services across the organization are delivered according to specifications. Communicate and collaborate with external/internal customers to analyse information, needs and functional requirements. Process analysis Preparation of training material
