Business Analyst/Process Engineer (Finance Transformation)

BUSINESS ANALYST/PROCESS ENGINEER (FINANCE TRANSFORMATION)

Business Analyst/Process Engineer (Finance Transformation) is urgently required to join the project team of our market leading financial services client.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end global finance processes in the domains of Accounting and Regulatory reporting including roles/responsibilities, key controls, timelines and KPI's
- Cooperate with stakeholders in Group Finance, COO Finance and local Finance units to get insight in their requirements, ideas on the target processes and to create buy-in on the designs
- Interact with other experts in the Finance organisation like architects, data and technology experts, to ensure process designs align with the target architecture and other defined standards
- Support the organisation with process implementation, including the newly defined roles, data, and technology
- Lead improvement initiatives on processes

Key Skills:

- Experienced in Process design and Process improvement, and are able to gather and translate requirements into efficient processes. Preferably,
- Lean Six Sigma experience
- Experience in Accounting or Regulatory Reporting processes
- Strong analytical skills to quickly understand and analyse processes.
- Strong Team Player
