We launched an initiative towards the renewal of its public website, which will have a significant impact on the current processes and way of working. The Business analyst / Change manager will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and transparent transition for BNPPF customers and employees when moving from the old public website to the new.
Function Description
In the context of the launch of the new public site, the Business analyst & Change Manager will:
° Define a change management approach
° Perform impact analysis of new processes and determine the gaps between as-is and to-be situations from an operational point of view
° Document the to-be process according to templates
° Organize change management (trainings, communication, support, etc.) toward the users for the implementation of the projects
° Ensure that all side effects of the migration path are managed
Start Date ASAP
Duration 6 months (extension possible)

Je profiel: Required knowledge / Experience
Education
Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience in business analysis and/or processpreferably web banking
° Experience in direct sales via on-line channels
° Experience in change mgmt. activities in the context of the launch of e new website
