Business Analyst - Print & Mail Transformation

BUSINESS ANALYST - PRINT & MAIL TRANSFORMATION

Based in West Yorkshire (Leeds or Halifax) a Business Analyst is required on a contract basis to work on a major print & mail transformation programme within the FS sector.

The programme involves the delivery of enhancements to Internet banking functionality aimed at increasing the use of paperless statements and communications. There are also non digital Dependent initiatives to reduce print and mail costs through more efficient mail handling, storage and correspondence production. This role would primarily support the non-digital print and mail workstreams.

You would be required to work closely with a Project Manager and undertake typical business analysis activities to manage the scope, requirements analysis and business solution design.

This includes planning, eliciting, analysing, defining, communicating and validating requirements for changes to structures, business operations and processes, product and service offerings, policies and information systems. Strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

There is a strong preference for someone who has experience working in a print & mail transformation/change environment. Any experience in the FS/banking sector would be ideal.
