ACTIVITY:

My client are looking for their location in Salzburg 2-3 Business Analysts. It's about the pricing strategies for existing or new products (for example, Account, precious metals, etc ...)

CONTENT OF THE PROJECT IS:

- Analysis of the current products in the Union vs. the market
- Possibly re-design of products
- Price models for the existing products vs. analyse the market
- Price models for new product design
- Create a Deployment Strategy
- Creation of marketing and training materials
- Possibly the coaching staff for new products and their pricing models
