Business Analyst - Pricing Express Payments & Investigations

For our Bank client we are looking for a:

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST PRICING EXPRESS PAYMENTS & INVESTIGATIONS

Start: 01/12/15

End: 31/05/16

Duration: 6 months

Location: Zurich

As a Business Analyst in this space, you will work in a small team consisting of IT and business partners based in Zurich (4-8 people). You will drive the pre-inception phase and contribute to the design and documentation of upcoming business requirements in that space.

You will analyze the current state, do an impact analysis of the affected systems (payments and interfaces to pricing & channels systems).

To do so you will:

- Capture the functional context and most important requirements and constraints, evaluate alternatives and demonstrate feasibility of proposed solutions (pre-inception phase)
- Write software requirement specifications as a second step

Teamwork and cross-discipline collaboration is essential.

Corporate Language for any documentation is English, Understanding German is a must.

Mandatory Skills:

* Proven experience in payments area (1st priority)
. PEGA systems knowledge highly preferred
. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
. Independent, systematic and structured approach and way of working (eg Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, UML)
. Requirements engineering experience
. Initiative acting and dedicated commitment as well as excellent organizational skills and keen perception
. High awareness of quality and deadlines
. A very good command of German and English and good communications and interpersonal skill are required
. Ability to communicate on different levels (business counterparts, IT architects, developers, application responsible of the affected applications)
