Business Analyst - PPI/Complaints

Business Analyst - PPI/Complaints/Financial Services. My Blue Chip Financial Services client are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong Financial Services background. You will also have a working knowledge of either PPI or a complaints process. You will be involved in all aspects of Business analysis work, working on a variety of projects and providing support where appropriate. The role will involve working closely with business users analysing, gathering and translating their specific needs to produce clear, unambiguous business requirements. Working closely with IT Project, Programme, Service Management and Test teams ensuring all end to end requirements of change and projects are met and the end users receive the infrastructure and tools they require. Experience of working within complex business programmes and across multiple locations is essential. You will be working on PPI and a complaints process projects so experience of these would be ideal.
