Business Analyst/Portfolio Project Consultant Brussels- SAP PM-Procurement - Project System

The consultant will be primarily responsible for:

Workload and complexity of projects within the company is dramatically increasing. (more
exotic locations, engineering frame agreements, joint venture projects, new technologies,
new industries, )
There is a clear need for more standardization, uniform and lean processes.
In order to do this there is a need for better tools/applications.
The departement has addressed following specific areas of high concerns:

- SAP use for capex projects/Re-enforce SAP use
- Cost control/Reporting; Resource Planning (MS Access)
- Time registration for company and Externals
- EAR database (MS-Access)

The main objective is to assess the requirements, provide solution advise and deliver a
road-map for implementation.

IT specialist is required to guide and perform that assessment. Special expected skills
are Project/Portfolio Management as well as SAP Procurement and Plant Maintenance/Project
System.

DELIVERABLES:

- Clarification and prioritization of IT requirements
- Map requirements to potential solutions -> Solution and tool advise to address the

business requirements
- Propose an implementation road map, especially for 2014

Skills:

- Abilty to analyse business requirements and solcution mapping. Work out execution
