On behalf of one of our banking clients in Zurich, we are searching for a Business Analyst with strong background in the areas of Investment Portfolio Management, Investment Reporting and Client Advisory to join a challenging and motivating project on a contract basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acting as a Business Analyst in a project related to the maintenance and optimization of the client's strategic investment advisory tool
- Gathering and analysing requirements during the whole project life cycle
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
- Collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders and bridging the gap between them
- Writing functional specifications
- Ensuring test cases are aligned to requirements
IDEAL PROFILE:
- Several years of experience in the financial sector
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in Private Banking
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science or a related field of study
- Previous experience in the areas of Portfolio Management, Portfolio Risk Management, Client Advisory, Investment Reporting, Investment Products, etc.
- Good modelling skills (UML, use case modelling)
- Comfortable liaising with business and IT stakeholders at different seniority levels
- Proactive and flexible personality
- Fluent English, German would be a valuable asset
