Business Analyst - Policy Analyst - Technical Writer (S22)

- CBD BASED ROLE WITH FORWARD THINKING GOVERNMENT ORGANISATION
- 6 MONTH CONTRACT
- LARGE PROGRAM OF WORK

Our client, a forward thinking NSW Government organisation based in the CBD requires a Business Analyst with strong documentation/technical writing skills and a background in policy/business rules development in preparation for an organisational change initiative.

ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Undertake policy analysis and business process review to ensure the client is able to meet its commitment to deliver the customer centric program of work
- Support the Delivery Policy and Business Rules Manager in the development of the organisational change documentation and policies  

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE, YOU MUST DEMONSTRATE:

- Extensive experience in the design and development of policy and business rules documentation to support enterprise wide business process change
- Experience in senior stakeholder management across multiple organisations and work areas
- Experience in developing manuals and work procedures
- Experience in workshops, interviews and information elicitation

DESIRABLE:

- Experience developing policies within an enterprise wide transformation program within NSW Government
