Business Analyst/PMO

For one of our clients in the financial sector in Zurich, we are searching for a PMO/BA for a contract role who has experience in delivering change projects. The position will give the opportunity to gain experience in a in a highly successful financial institution where you can have a direct impact on the success of the project and gain valuable experience at the same time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the implementation of a new global policy and creation of addendums to the policy
- Report on progress towards the key project goals
- Creation of communication and training slides on PPT to facilitate the policy implementation
- Gather, process and document the needed requirements
- Develop excellent working relationships with all project stakeholders
- Foster clear communication across the stakeholders and organization of meetings
- Effectively manage any project interdependencies
- Maintain ownership of and accountability of/for the project schedule and quality
- Plan and monitor financial commitments

IDEAL PROFILE:

- Higher education in Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or other relevant degree
- 5+ years of experience as a PMO or a project manager
- Know-how in the following areas: Process Optimization, Target Operating Model design, Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Change Management
- Ideally knowledge with one or more of the following areas: Treasury, Policy design or Change
- A results-oriented outlook with the ability to prioritize
- Exemplary communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills applicable to a diverse audience
- Some experience in a financial services industry
- Effective Stakeholder Management, experience in facing Senior business stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work with little supervision
- Fluent in English
