Business Analyst/PM - Front Office Regulatory Change, Compliance Controls, Investment Banking.

Global Investment Bank need a strong BA/PM to work closely with Global Markets Front Office to define strategic controls required under the Compliance Control Framework in the USA.

The role is based in New York, but has a global impact and responsibility. You will need to understand and have worked on projects/programmes of work related to the trade life cycle ie you should be able to sit in front of heads of trading and the COO function to advise on the delivery of change. It is likely you will have 7+ years of change delivery experience and you will have been working in the Investment Banking sector in the last few years.

It is likely that you will have set up projects from scratch with minimal information - pulled together stakeholders, mapped out plans of attack, worked alone but perhaps have Matrix managed people. You will need an excellent Project Management tool set, but also happy to do analysis work as required. You will have good broad product knowledge and Front Office face-off experience. Regulatory project experience will obviously be advantageous.
