Business Analyst - Pharmaceutical - Compliance - Contract 6-12 Months

BUSINESS ANALYST - PHARMACEUTICAL - COMPLIANCE - CONTRACT 6-12 MONTHS MONTHS + FRANKFURT

Business Analyst freelancer required to assist in Global Transparency Reporting Aggregate Spend project. You'll be working for a US Client but based out of Frankfurt.

The primary activity is to work directly with EMEA clients and teams on-site to understand their reporting obligations and assumptions, develop process maps, produce requirements documents and
functional specifications as directed to design and implement manual and automated spend capture, review and reporting systems. These resources will also be responsible for on-going review and analysis of EFPIA and other transparency codes and regulations and maintaining a transparency rules knowledge base.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge or experience gained from prior employment as a direct employee or consultant and can demonstrate core consulting skills like project planning, facilitation, process mapping and SDLC documents like URS/FRS, Use Cases and Test Scripts.

This role requires very strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact with senior compliance executives, external vendors and information technology staff world-wide.

Experience in implementing EFPIA or other Pharmaceuticals industry transparency compliance codes and regulations, or experience with US Sunshine Act reporting requirements is a must.

Experience or training in a transparency reporting software package like Cegedim360, Porzio, Polaris or BMI is required.

Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Commercial Operations and HCP/HCO data sources like 1Key or IMS is required.

English Fluency and Business Level Certification in German and/or French is required.
