Business Analyst - Pharma - Switzerland

TASKS:

- Ensure that the operation of Global IT Infrastructure Services within assigned global services and vendors is in accordance with corporate and regulatory standards.
- Support implementation of Information Governance and Management
- Ensure the adoption of SIAM operating model methods and deliverables by Services that are defined as early adopters, including provision of operational support and training.
- Lead implementation activities related to the SIAM operating model within defined early adopter Services and related projects.
- Contribute to the SIAM operating model evolution and optimization by feeding back knowledge from early adoption experience and demand, and in line with industry best practice. 
- Ensure key strategic IT Infrastructure services are delivered and implemented adhering to the customer IT quality standards.
- Ensure proper implementation of global, SIAM operating model standards, processes and methods.
- Support the project teams in understanding the benefits of the Service Development method and in applying it to their projects and services.
- Interface between the SIAM governance function and Service projects to ensure processes and projects are aligned.
- Support the evolution and further development of methods, processes and artifacts related to the SIAM operating model, including the creation of material related to these.
- Create process designs, templates and deployment approaches related to SIAM operating model.
- Develop training material for procedures, methods and artifacts related to the Service Development Method.
- Perform trainings on the usage of the Service Development menthod and the related deliverables, for example to projects and services teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

- University level degree
- Min. 7+ years experience in IT Service Management disciplines
- Certified ITSM professional (eg ITIL V3, COBIT, etc), and 2+ years  working at this level
- 3+ years working in a pharmaceutical industry
- Expertise and proficiency in working with MS Office Suite, SharePoint and Project.
- Fluent (business-level) in English and German.
- Excellent (ie trainer-level) written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrable leadership skills within a global Matrix organization.
- Ability to engage with global, multicultural, multifunctional teams.

DURATION: ASAP - 31.12.2014

Assistance will be provided for obtaining Swiss Work Permit, Housing, and opening Swiss Bank account.
