Edelway AG is a Swiss IT Services Consultancy. One of our best clients, a global multinational company based in the Bern/Basel area, is currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst with significant experience of the Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices industry to join them on a long term basis.

Working language: English. German is a plus.

THE ROLE

*Collect, analyze and document business requirements and translate user requirements into technical solutions.
*Work as a BRM to key business people to always know and understand the business needs
*Analyze and diagnose data quality or system deficiency issues and provide options for resolution.
*Participate in local or global development projects as appropriate.
*Provide Know How transfers and trainings across the organization based on the available reporting solutions and technology

YOUR PROFILE

*Excellent customer and service orientation
*Knows how to address customer needs and requirements and translate them into business solutions
*Excellent communicator, presenter and facilitator on various platforms with various customer groups and interdisciplinary teams
*Strong trainer skills
*Proven ability to define user requirements and corresponding system specifications, accurate time estimates and creation of clear and concise documentation
*System performance optimization as a Business Analyst
*Fluent in English both written and oral, German is a plus.
