Plans and performs analysis of company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications for the most effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people. Utilizes available computer systems resources and personnel to carry out analysis to support management's quest for performance improvement.

The purpose of this project is to take back the service from the current hosting vendor covering processes, tools and organization. Onboarding the capacity/manpower required to run the service once transitioned.

EXPECTAIONS
Strong IT background
Prior experience with pharma required. Key Knowledge about the IAM services/processes required.
Ability to actively support team and provide recommendation
Authoring of Quality documents, Guidelines and Training Documents
Knowledge with Methodologies needed
Experience as a Business Analyst/minimum of 6 years
English speaking is a must
Possibility to start on the project ASAP
Fluent in English - oral and written
German desirable
Experiance with MS Office Tools, MS SharePoint
Ability to work in an international as well as multicultural environment
