Our client, worldwide leader in the pharmaceutical industry, located in Basel, Switzerland, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst (IIBA, BCS) .
The selected candidate will perform a range of analytical and conceptual activities, underpinning an accounted solution portfolio, in conjunction with internal business customers. They will provide functional and strategic expertise for a range of related business processes and solutions
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Unique Customer Identifier (UCI) project is to obtain and assign a unique code to partner (healthcare professionals (HCP), healthcare organizations (HCO) and patient organizations (PO) data records in all systems of our Client. To help realise the project's intended benefits constituent work streams will deliver a coherent solution that associates master data records and transactions to uniquely identified partners across countries, business functions and systems. As Business Analyst you will work closely with the IT Project Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the collection, analysis and documentation of business requirements (defining affected business processes, IT-systems and roles)
- Update/prepare the project charter and other mandatory deliverables
- Work with delivery and the project team to ensure that the end solution is consistent with the URS (User Requirements Specification) and Businesses' needs
- Create as-is and to-be process models and associated information/control flows to represent business processes for the area under analysis
- Document discussions (meeting minutes) and circulate to the group and obtain sign off to ensure all stakeholders are on the same page with regards to any issues
YOUR PROFILE:
- 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst, background ideally gained in the Life Sciences domain
- 3-5 years experience in Validation and GxP
- Fair understanding of IT Project Management Method (PMI or Prince)
3-5 years experience of cloud based CRM technologies (Salesforce and possibly also Pega with AWS), Master data management, system integration (SAP, Oracle based systems) and Business Objects reporting - Background of working within AGILE project environments is a plus
- Have the necessary technical appreciate to work effectively with the client's Architectural community (TOGAF)
- Proficiency in analysing, documenting and redesigning Business Process Models with the ability to reify and measure success of said processes
- Have an understanding of engagement approval and actual spend reporting (within the context of the EFPIA (EUROPEAN FEDERATION OF PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIES AND ASSOCIATIONS) HCP/HCO DISCLOSURE CODE) is a definitive asset
MISCELLANEOUS:
- START: June 2016
- END: 7 months Contract
- Workload: 100% onsite in Switzerland (1day remote is possible)
- English is compulsory
