Business Analyst (Pharma)

Business Analyst Pharma Senior wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- +8 years of professionalism as business analysist in the commercial pharma environment at strategic and tactical level
- Know-how in business process modelling and the ability to document business cases as well as to gather and document business and IT requirements
- Experience in defining IT roadmaps as well as interacting with senior management
- Strong analytical skills coupled with advanced synthesis and presentation competencies
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance organizations and processes is an advantage
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Executing analytical and conceptual activities to an accounted solution portfolio
- Providing consultancy and support in defining and documenting the outcome of strategic analysis as well as helping to define an IT road-map
- Developing business-specific organizational solutions, dealing with organizational problems, focusing in particular on process organization and single tasks
- Accounting for the outcome of the strategic analysis, which includes preparing high level project proposals with business cases
- Working independently as well as taking part in meetings with the business representatives and IT team
