IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Create (automated) performance management dashboards via Power BI to monitor progress towards business goals, to assess the viability of the organization’s business strategy and its ability to achieve targets
-Set up and optimize connection to existing systems (CRM Microsoft Dynamics / SAP / Google Analytics / Excel)
-Ensure data consistency and harmonize systems
-Maintain and continuously improve the dashboard / KPIs including gathering of requirements for changes, analyses of prerequisites, and delivery of proposed improvements
-Identify bad performances and conduct root cause analyses with business owners to ensure short-term and long-term problem solution
-Promote performance mindset across the organization

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound experience in process and requirement engineering
-In-depth experience in performance management and KPI tracking tools
-Expertise in functional and technical design of business processes in MS Power BI
-Fluency in German and English
-Dynamic personality with hands-on-mentality
