BUSINESS ANALYST PERCANA REGULATORY LIFE & PENSIONS CLIENT ASSET DATA PROTECTION FINANCIAL CRIME PREVENTION DUBLIN IRELAND.

My client requires a BA who can carry out the production of quality artefacts to agreed RIS standards which capture the client requirements and ensure they are fit for purpose for the internal delivery teams.

DUTIES:

Participate in project due diligence and estimation process
Contribute to project planning of BA activities
Input into the BA delivery plan and timelines for deliverables
Detailed preparation for workshops with the focus on Percana functionality to present options for adopting existing functionality where feasible
Adherence to Percana Business Analysis process
Conduct effective workshops to derive requirements.
Document quality requirements in agreed project methodology
Capture 'to-be' process flows to supplement the requirements as required.
Strict adherence to timelines for deliverables
Maintain professional standards of communication with Clients and teams
Support the development of the agile methodologies in the BA team
Identification of Change Requests where requirements deviate from scope
Accurate and timely escalation of issues to project management
Peer Reviews of outputs across projects to ensure consistent levels of quality across the BA team
Transition into design phase supporting technical specifications and QA test plans.
Participate in the triage of defects
Knowledge sharing within BA team.
To carry out any other duties which are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.

KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Essential Desirable
* Knowledgeable in the Life and Pensions industry specifically Group DC Schemes and Protection lines of business
* At least 3 years experience in business analysis processes and methodologies
* Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Experienced in MS Word and MS Excel, MS Visio or equivalent modelling tool
* Detailed knowledge of Percana applications (not on recruitment)
* Detailed knowledge of client products managed by Percana (not on recruitment)
* Good knowledge of project management work practices
* Experience delivering client presentations, workshop facilitation and negotiation

* Ability to integrate business and technology solutions and to infer the pragmatic consequences of both
