The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Excellent business analysis skills ideally gained within a Financial Services background (ideally Life & Pensions)
- Strong process analysis skills with experience documenting processes from scratch.
- A excellent team player that can work autonomously if required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with stakeholders of all levels.
- Any Business Readiness and/or Target Operating Model experience will be well received but is not essential.
