Business Analyst - PCI Compliance (S39)

My client, a large government organisation, requires the services of an experienced Business Analyst to join a dedicated PCI team that is working with several units within the organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

- Business Analysis Planning, Monitoring and Communication
- Requirements Elicitation, Facilitation and Documentation
- Domain, Process and Solution Feasibility Analysis and Documentation
- Project, Warranty and Post-implementation Support

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

- At least 5 years' relevant Business Analysis experience
- Experience working on a PCI compliance project/PCI experience
- Object Orientated Analysis and design experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Recognised industry qualifications/certifications in business analysis
- Demonstrated business analysis skills and experience within complex, or large project environments
- Experience in developing business requirements and preparing functional specifications
- Demonstrated organisational, time management and prioritising skills
- Proven capacity to develop and maintain sound working relationships with customers, other key stakeholders and 3 rd party suppliers
- Previous experience of using business analysis methodologies and tools - ARIS, BPMN, Visio

HIGHLY REGARDED:

- An active participation in the global BA community demonstrated by membership of the IIBA
- Infrastructure project experience
- Change Analysis/Management experience
- ITIL certification and/or experience in ITIL environments
