BUSINESS ANALYST (PC BANKING BUSINESS)
Business Analyst (PC Banking Business) is urgently required for our market leading client. The PC Banking Business program aims to further improve and extend the online platform. The Business Analyst (PC Banking Business) will join the Corporate Banking Engineering team where he/she will take the role of Business Analyst for the PC Banking Business program. The Business Analyst (PC Banking Business) will report to the Process Delivery Manager in the PC Banking Business program.
Your main tasks as Business Analyst are as follows:
- Analyse and translate business requirements delivered by our end-users into detailed business specifications for IT departments.
- Identify the impact of business specifications and related system changes on existing Back End and Front End processes and liaise with Process/Change manager
- Supporting the implementation in collaboration with other parties (Business and IT).
- Building and maintaining good relationships within Engineering, with the Business partners and different departments of IT.
