Our client is looking for a talented Business Analyst with knowledge of the payroll domain for a new 3 month contract based in Surrey.

The successful BA will join an existing team to gather, analyse and document requirements. Work closely with the development team to present the designs and act as the subject matter expert. Production of designs that are both technically robust and deliver an exceptional user experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•Knowledge of the Payroll domain
•Must have demonstrable experience of hands-on design of software solutions
•Must have demonstrable experience of production of functional design documents
•Must have demonstrable experience of working in a formal software development environment using multiple approaches (e.g., Waterfall, Agile)
•Possess strong business process modelling skills and understanding of agile methodology.
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Ability to deal with associates at all levels of organisation.
