JOB DESCRIPTION:

- EXPERIENCE RANGE: Experience as Business Analysis with exposure to Payments.
- In-depth Knowledge of European Payment schemes CHAPS, SEPA, Swift, Faster Payments, BACS DD, BOC and system solutions.
- SWIFT Standards: In-depth Knowledge of XML, ISO 20022 and MT message formats.
- He would be responsible for Understanding and clearly articulating the business requirements.
- Liaise with different stake holders like Technical architects, Project managers, business users and system testers to define the scope of the project.
- Ability to design and model the AS-IS and Should be process Flows
- Delivery of the end to end Functional Specification documents, defining use cases and test scenarios. 
- Validation of the functional and nonfunctional requirements. 
- Custom built experience using Service Oriented Architecture and ESB on IBM, Oracle, Tibco or Software AG stack.
- Hands on Experience in COTS products in payments like Fund tech, Sterlink, Fircosoft would be an added advantage. 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The roles & responsibilities are typical of a Business Analyst. The focus is mainly on ability to understand business requirements for critical transformational programs in Payments business area and translate them into a functional solution. The role is expected to identify key risks in the program and communicate the same to the stakeholders.
