Business Analyst/ETL/AML/Banking/Financial

The Business Analyst ETL/AML will be part of a dynamic and multidisciplinary project team. You will collaborate closely with the business and project team members to achieve approved deliverables. In this you will gladly make use of your earlier experience and you are eager to share this experience with your colleagues.

You will be working in the Anti Money Laundering project that will collect AML data from the different branches, Validate AML data, Transform AML data and Send AML data to the monitoring application (Detica).

We are looking for a BA who can enhance the functionality and to connect a number of new international branches to this application.

Tasks
* Analysing and modelling of business and system requirements
* Contribute to/create functional designs and contribute to solution directions and implementation
* Creation of specifications and other project documents
* Contribute to test preparation

Knowledge & experience
* At least 5 years working experience as a Business Analyst
* Knowledge of (international) payments processes
* Knowledge and experiences with requirements management, system interface specifications and user cases
* Knowledge and experiences with Data Integration solutions (eg ETL)
* Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering (AML)
* Experiences with the collaboration and management of stakeholders/parties, internal and external
* Experiences with the collaboration of an outsourcing partner with focus on development
* You have experience in working in complex international organisations (internal and external), with special attention for stakeholder management
* You are fluent in English (verbally and in writing)
* Experience with Agile and scrum certified
