- Liaise with stakeholders to understand and document current business processes
- Critically evaluate information gathered and develop complete and accurate business models
- Produce documentation such as the initiation/scoping documents, business requirements/functional specification documents
- Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients.
Skills:
- Experience in Payment services companies
- Experience in writing requirements and user acceptance criteria for Bio-metrics and Mobile Applications
- Agile and Waterfall project methodology
- API technologies, big data
- web services technologies experience
