Business Analyst (Payment/Card/Banking) - Belgium
Languages: DUTCH or FRENCH, with English
Skills and experience:
- 5 years Business Analyst
- EXPERIENCE IN GENERAL BANKING AND EXPERIENCE WITH PAYMENT & CARDS
- Need to present maturity and persuasiveness in dialogue with both Business and IT stakeholders
- Well-developed analytical and problem solving experience is a must
- Need to be an expert in process analysis
Description of work:
- Be responsible within the domain banking Payment & Cards
- Assist the business in clearly defining IT demands
- Assess new IT demands in terms of scope, budget & timelines
- Write the project requirements & handover towards the solution provider
- Liaise between business & solution provider during the course of the project
- Prepare & coordinate User Acceptance Testing
- Ensure the alignment between the ongoing projects in terms of scope & planning
- Act as the link between business divisions & solution providers for all aspects of the IT solutions
