Business Analyst - (P10)

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join a major program of work for a key government client. The role is for an initial 3 month contract and will be responsible for the capture of requirements, training preparation and business change elements.

The key accountabilities of the role are as follows:

- Definition and documentation of current and future business processes and rules
- Documentation of business and functional requirements specifications
- Documentation and resolution of system functionality issues
- Supporting the configuration of new systems to meet business requirements
- Production of use cases, test scenarios and test scripts as required
- Assistance in the production of training content as required

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

- Business analysis skills in a complex application and business environment
- 3 years plus experience in managing end to end projects
- Understanding of business process definition and re-engineering, requirements definition and functional analysis in an Agile development environment
- Process mapping skills
- Excellent workshop facilitation skills, including planning and documenting outcomes;
- Experience in a similar role within a program of work
- Experience of using INVEST principles when capturing user requirements beneficial
