Business Analyst - OTC/ETD Derivatives/Fatca (3646)

For a 6 months project at our client, an international Banking company in Zurich, we are looking for a

BUSINESS ANALYST - OTC/ETD DERIVATIVES/FATCA (3646)

In this exciting project, the successful candidate will work on a FATCA project (871m regulations). He/she will bring strong regulatory experience and in-depth product expertise in OTC and exchange traded derivatives and Swaps in order to work on the Target Operating model, write business requirements specifications and to turn these into IT requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

- At least 5 years' experience in working as a Business Analyst, preferably in a bank
- EXPERIENCED IN WHOLE TRADE LIFE CYCLE
- SOLID KNOWLEDGE IN DERIVATIVE PRODUCTS SUCH AS SWAPS AND EQUITY LINKED DERIVATIVES
- KNOWLEDGE ON OTC/ETD DERIVATIVES PROCESSING (TRADE CONFIRMATION AND SETTLEMENT)
- Experience in Wealth Management is a big advantage
- Understanding of tools required for process analysis/definition
- Structured way of problem solving and solution definition
- Fluent in English, German is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive business analysis in the area of 871(m) product/instrument eligibility with focus on WM&RC infrastructure and processes
- Establish impact assessment and gap analysis related to current derivatives processing and required changes for 871(m) product/instrument eligibility
- Create business requirements documentation
- Establish business test cases and support business testing
