Knowledge & Experience needed:
Futures operations or OTC derivatives operations experience essential.
Specific experience in OTC derivatives or Exchange Traded derivatives clearing business, or at least a significant element of this business (for example, Operations).
Experienced in applying proven methodologies especially agile delivery methodology, standards and tools in the preparation of Business Requirement Definitions, User Acceptance Testing, system conversions and implementation.
Knowledge / experience of working within an 'agile' delivery environment is a benefit.
