Business Analyst - OTC Derivatives wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR TASKS:
- Analyzing regulatory requirements, working out gaps to the current state, document business requirements and developing tactical & strategic solutions
- Interacting with functions across the full business value chain: trading, Front Office, Back Office, legal and compliance, risk management and IT
- Coordinating the implementation of changes across all functions incl. change request management
- Organizing meetings and workshops with stakeholders to work out requirements
- Lead Trade Reporting BA for topics like analysing requirements, developing and implementing business solutions/architecture
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- A minimum of 12-15 years professional experience within capital markets and/or private banking and wealth management industry and/or regulatory environments
- Proven track record of working in the banking/finance environment as Lead Business Analyst
- Profound knowledge in capital markets and/or derivative products
- Solid experience working in a project driven area - preferably in a complex capital markets and/or regulatory driven environment - with multiple interfaces such as IT, Testing
- Good understanding of current regulatory developments (eg FinfraG, EMIR, etc.)
- Fluent English both written and spoken
