We have an immediate opening for Business Analyst (OSS & BSS) in Utrecht, Netherlands

Please find the job description given below.

Role: Business Analyst

Duration: 6 months

Location:  Utrecht, Netherlands

Gatherdetail requirements based on the industry best practices; Identifying capabilities/scenarios that need to be built in the Telecom OSS/BSS domain.
Monitor E2E interaction across Telecom components.
Define OSS or BSS Road Map.
Define OSS or BSS Business Process to respective OSS or BSS System function mapping.
Define interaction architecture of OSS or BSS components.
Define roles and responsibilities of OSS or BSS components.
Understanding of Business Processes & Best Practices in the Telecom Industry. (eTOM, NGOSS, SID).
Association with leading Industry Forum like TM Forum and publishing papers.
In Depth knowledge of any of the OSS or BSS systems.
Must have working experience on OSS or BSS systems. (Minimum 4 cycles of Implementation over looking OSS/BSS)
Knowledge of Technological requirements - Scalability, Performance, Availability across the OSS, BSS stacks.
Ability to think out of the box in a complex system/process environment to come up with innovative solutions.
Analyzes the market and identify strategic offerings for the existing and new set of customers.
Identify improvements to the offerings based on the feedback received from various stakeholders.
Product Implementation & Support
Collaborate with project managers in ensuring all functional requirements are addressed during implementation.
Assist in product/third party software installation/upgrades and setup system parameters
Help develop project documentation (project plans, scope of work, quick- reference guides, etc.)
Help plan global product support & resolve complex escalations.
Provide high level strategic inputs/specifications to the Product Management team.
Development team to ensure offerings are in line with evolving business needs of clients.
Client Liaison
Undertake Customer Relationship management and contribute in an on-going manner to client interaction by identifying client's priority needs for service and support.
Manage relationships with the client stakeholder(s).
Intermediate Customer relationship management skills along with the ability to manage client relationships at the stakeholder level and build lasting relationships.
Continually work with manager and client stakeholders to set expectations regarding deliverable progress.
Delivery team/End-user Training
Ensure users & delivery teams are effectively trained in the product features and processes that optimize the usage of the product.
Develop training documentation (User manuals, reference guides, best-practices/lessons learnt etc.)
