BUSINESS ANALYST - ORACLE HR ANALYTICS

A Business Analyst with Oracle HR Analytics experience is required to work on a six month contract for a Financial Services client based in Swindon, Wiltshire.

This is a great opportunity to join a leading Financial Services client.

OVERVIEW OF THE BUSINESS ANALYST CONTRACT ROLE

You will be working in the Business Readiness workstream on a Oracle HR Analytics project.

The Business Readiness team works across the HR Systems Transformation programme and consists of three work streams - Training, Communications and Business Change

Business Change aims to understand the planned changes, their impact on both the target audience and wider business and how best to prepare them for the change

This requires aligning with the overall communication and training plans and a mix of project management structure, analysis, understanding of the business, stakeholder management and people engagement

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE BUSINESS ANALYST

- Establish and maintain understanding of changes/impacts
- Storyboard the business change
- Conduct, document and traffic Detailed Impact Assessments (DIAs)
- Conduct, document and traffic Local Change Plans (LCPs)
- Support dress rehearsals, business proving and go-no decisions as necessary
- Develop, agree and deliver the Go live support plan
- Support the Senior Analysts and the Business Change work stream as necessary

The role is based in Swindon this is commutable from Bristol, Bath, Cirencester, Reading, Cheltenham.
