PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME

Our client, a leading UK retail bank require the services of a Business Analyst to work on a rewards programme which seeks to optimise total remuneration spend in order to create a compelling, affordable and integrated reward proposition

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Manages the planning, information gathering, analysing, defining, communication ofexperience of working with senior specialised stakeholders; involvement of third party suppliers; high levels of accuracy; working at pace; experience of highly regulated deliverables

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This is a fast moving project which requires a self starter who is able to make a positive contribution as soon as possible.
