For a six month project at our banking clients site here in Zurich we are looking for a
BUSINESS ANALYST - OPERATIONAL CHANGE PROJECT IN WEALTH MANAGEMENT (3440)
As this is a business analyst role, the designated candidate will be responsible for information gathering activities such as surveying, analysing and evaluating processes, products and services in the relevant IT field.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze, understand and document dependencies between Wealth Management and Risk Control (WM/RC) Front Office data processes and systems and the Back Office functions in Operations, Finance and Risk and how they relate to risk aggregation capabilities on the client's group level
- Prepare and lead workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts from affected business and IT functions
- Definition and implementation of data quality controls within WM&RC according to the client's group data policy
- Create data artefacts required for WM&RC data management, incl. data dictionary, data process flow documentation, data quality standards and metrics, data quality controls and data issues
- Assist the WM&RC data sponsors in the preparation of the WM&RC data governance bodies, incl. agenda, meeting presentations and meeting minutes
REQUIRED EXPERTISE/KNOWLEDGE:
- Exposure to Business Analysis tools and frameworks preferably in a financial institution
- Experience in building strong professional relationships in a complex global environment
- Good communication skills with the ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of data quality, reference data and regulations will be an added advantage
