Business Analyst/Operational Change

Our Client, a major private bank based in Geneva is currently looking for a Business Analyst to integrate the Change & Operation department.

YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assess and map existing processes in the scope of the projects.
- Analyse feasibility.
- Create Business Requirements Documents with understandable and clear language, and obtain sign-off from stakeholders.
- Propose solutions to problems and roadblocks.
- User Acceptance Test coordination.
- Research and Data mining.
- Ensure stakeholders involvement, challenge stakeholders vision and promote innovative solutions.
- Reassess frequently needs and targets with stakeholders.
- Work closely with Project Management Team and Project Management Office.
- Partner with Development and IT Project management units to ensure adequacy of developments and solutions proposed
- Identify and report project conflicts.

The successful candidate has at least 5 years experience on a similar position, a strong experience in business analysis within banking/finance area and must be fluent in both French and English.
