BUSINESS ANALYST
BELGIUM
6 MONTH CONTRACT
Austin Fraser are currently looking for a couple of Business Analysts to join our client based in Belgium.
My client requires someone onsite full time and can not allow any remote working.
ROLE:
You will work as a Business analyst with a leading retail client in the Belgium market. As part of the Business Processes & Systems department, you will be responsible for designing and describing ICT solutions functionality. In addition, you will support the core users in the implementation and use of these ICT solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define requirements, analyze and document them (both functional and non-functional)
- Configure package (functional) and the design of the user interface
- Focus actively together with our business partners on needs, ideas and issues
- Ensure the elaboration and implementation of a solution that is in line with the expectations of the business, IT architecture and strategic objectives.
- Validate test scenarios, follow the functional testing of the ICT solution
- Share knowledge with the business user so that the implementation goes smoothly
- Provide operational support to the business user, both for acceptance testing and implementation of ICT systems (eg. of contact for functional questions)
- Monitor the usefulness of the applications so that they are efficient and easy to use
- Work together with other functional analysts, process designers, architects and developers.
SKILLS:
- 3 to 6 Years of Experience as a Business/Functional Analyst
- Work experience in Online Retail projects Experience as a Business/Functional Analyst
- Experience in converting business requirements into functional documents.
- Experience is writing used cases, test cases and user stories.
- Experience in conducting end user training.
- Had Worked closely with IT and business during different phases of the project.
- Knowledge of system requirements analysis methods and techniques
- Experience in large projects
- Knowledge of Modeling Tools/Mega/Visio
- Knowledge of creating user and system interface Specifications
- Work experience on developing Information/Data Models
