KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Defining business requirements
- Online process mapping
- Design Wireframes for online page flows/journeys
- Documentation (business requirements documentation, functional specification, process libraries )
- Report analysis
- Test case documentation and co-ordination in Commercial UAT
As an ideal candidate you will have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years strong Business Analyst skills
- Experience working in both technology and commercial environments ideally in a telecommunications or banking environment
- Experience in a major telecommunication commercial launch program is a distinct advantage.
Skills:
- Strong Analysis competencies
- Online UX and Wireframe experience
- Business process design
- Customer life cycle design
- Knowledge of Systems Architecture
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into functional requirements.
- Expertise in how best to implement applications into a business domain.
- Ability to apply project management concepts and tools.
- Strong meeting & workshop management and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work with local and geographically distributed teams
- Flexibility and a willingness to tackle complicated organisational requirements
- Comfortable working with vendors
