YOU SHOULD HAVE 4 YEARS SHELL EXPERIENCE - MANDATORY

You have expertise and experience in core non-IT area as specified for the project from a domain, non-IT services perspective.

You have a good understanding of the business process, underlying business needs and drivers, capability to study the existing process and suggest improvements to the process that will enhance the overall alignment with business drivers.

You are capable of communicating effectively at the level of CIO's and other senior leads/stakeholders in the business.

Can manage without authority persons from varying cultural backgrounds/experiences

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Works as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.
- Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals
- Demonstrate an understanding of business strategy and strategic analysis techniques
- Act as effective members of a team investigating an organisation's business systems with a view to recommending business improvements
- Apply techniques in order to analyze and model business systems
- Understand how recommendations for business improvementmay be identified
- Assist in the production of a rigorous business casecovering the development and implementation of business changes

Identify how business requirements may be supported by IT systems

Essential

- Total Experience: 7-12 years
- You should have 4 years Shell experience - mandatory
- Business Analysis: 5 to 8  years
- IT Projects: 4 years
- Oil & Gas business knowledge
- Retail, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution

Very advantageous

- Change Management, good knowledge of methodologies.

- Good quality degree from a reputable institution
