Skills and Experience:
-2 years in business and functional analysis
- You are communicative
-You are acquainted with change management within an organisation.
-You possess a Master Degree in ICT
-You have knowledge of functional and business analytics
-You have knowledge of analytical techniques based in UML, Enterprise Architect.
-Knowledge of Landesk is considered a plus.
-You have knowledge of office 365, Lync interfacing between applications, ITIL processes.
-You also know about the functional and business analytics.
-You have a broad and extensive knowledge of: Hardware within IT (Firewalls, networks, Servers), Servers software, Oracle, SQL, virtualization software.
-You have a strong analytic mind who possesses didactical qualities. (process analysis and Datamodelling)
-You are assertive, a good communicator and you are good in networking.
-You are open, creative and enthusiastic and perseverant. You have potential to grow within the company.
Description of work:
Your task mainly exists out of capturing, analysing and evaluating the ICT needs within the IT department. Furthermore you translate these into fitting concepts and ICT services. This all in close collaboration with the Business Process Analysts, the users and ICT application specialists.
You initiate the design of the solution and the potential realisation to the ICT organization (building, and implementing, exploiting and projects). Validate this design together with the clients
-You realise systematic meetings with clients, colleagues, ...
-You assist with writing the project announcements and project definitions.
-You accompany and support the change processes caused by the adjustments and/or updates of applications and methods with a goal to provide an ICT support fitting the ever evaluating needs of the business.
-You deliver reporting tools and also ad hoc reports requested by your internal customers to ensure the available IT tools are deployed to their best usage. This all is to improve and manage the business processes.
-You organise the user support of the applications in your domain. This involves capturing and attending to training needs.
