Business Analyst - North East - Long Contract

My client, UK's leader in the outsourcing industry, is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their office in the North area, well known in Lancashire. You will have the opportunity of accessing the biggest public service delivery department in the UK that serves over 20 million customers.

The candidate will need to have strong working knowledge of business requirements methodologies, strong analytical skills and experience of using business analysis tools and techniques such as impact analysis and business process modelling.

Ideal profile:

- Public Sector Pensions Administration and Pensions Payroll
- Public Sector Outsourcing and/or In-sourcing
- Service improvements through the development of digital solutions
- Experience of Re-procurement
