Business Analyst - Network Engineer Tool

NETWORK ENGINEER TOOL BUSINESS ANALYST:

ENGLISH SPEAKING - MANDATORY, SWEDISH SPEAKING - HIGHLY DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL

Technical Experience:

- Solid Experience in working process definition and reengineering for the Telco operator preferable with focus on fiber business
- Solid Experience in leading Process and requirements workshops with customers
- Solid Experience of customer processes and network technology: fiber build and delivery and copper
- Solid Experience of documenting processes and requirements
- Good knowledge of Network Engineer tool - shall be able to do a demo
- Good knowledge Total E//solution components and interworking
- Good Knowledge of IT- platforms and technology, databases, XML, web services, integration technologies

EXPERIENCE:

- Strong business analysis/consultancy experience.
- Project scoping, including financial benefits identification, analysis planning and estimation.
- Proven track record of successfully leading business process analysis and change work streams, within a wider change context from design through to implementation, including elements of project management and change control.
- Experience of complex analysis.
- Effective management of links between business strategy, business objectives, contracts, business benefits and project detail as required.
- Appropriate and sensitive stakeholder management throughout project life cycle using an appropriate range of communication tools and techniques.
- Operational and process analysis, using effective application of structured business process and/or business improvement methodologies
- Experience of system testing, training and implementation.
- Experience of data analysis and reporting would be advantageous.
- Leadership/experience of RFI definition and management.
- Leadership/experience of contract SOW definition and management.
