Business Analyst Needed with GDPR - French or Dutch

We are currently looking for a Business analyst.

Responsible for analysis & documentation of the processes that are in use and/or will be used by the different websites and apps.
The primary objective of the analysis is to provide insight and a basis towards the General Data Protection Regulation compliancy projects.

The Business Analyst will report to the Dir. E-commerce & Digital and the GDPR Program Manager.

Main tasks:
* Analyzing business processes (As Is) with business teams, documenting the involved parties and data processing into BPMN 2.0 flows.
* Completing As Is business process views with technical elements such as underlying systems, data stores and applicable security.
* Evaluate business processes versus GDPR requirements, execute GDPR impact assessments (DPIA) and Processing Activity registrations.
* Describe the process and systems gaps and translate into process changes and changed system functionalities.

Qualifications
* University degree in IT, economics or equivalent from experience.
* Good knowledge of digital & E-commerce, data technologies & their limitations, with an eye for detail.
* Proven track records (min 3 years) in business analysis.
* Experience working with both Waterfall & Agile methodologies, BPMN 2.0
* Experience in retail sector is an asset.
* Knowledge & experience in Data privacy (GDPR) is an asset.
* Experience with MSOffice tools & MS Visio.
* Good networking skills.
